This tool manipulates the custormer suppled sensors over the the entire interior of a cylinder in order to detect microscopic flaws. The tool carries 9 focused immersion transducers, and is propelled using stepper motors. The first tool was developed, built, tested, and delivered within two weeks. This tool was developed to automate our customers manual inspection of specialized fuel barrels.

CSI2000
The CSI2000 couples a multi-axis ultrasonic inspection tool with an ROV (remotely operated vehicle) to inspect small diameter submerged piping.

| Heat Exchanger Cleaning Tool | |

This tool is used to clean the inside of a large heat exchanger. Access to the pressure vessel is through a 5" diameter hand-hole. The head of the tool is raised vertically 12 feet before it starts washing the tubes with commercially available high pressure water jets.. |

| Prototype Micro Manipulator | |

Only 10mm in diameter, this tool was developed in conjunction with a major university as part of a feasibility study in the use of miniaturized water hydraulics. The gripper's "wrist like" action and feedback allows the user extreme flexibility in a small package. |
